SAN MARINO BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
March 4, 2013 , 9:00 a.m
in the Clubhouse
The Board of Directors will convene for a Special Meeting on Monday, March 4, 2013, 9:00 a.m. to act on Agenda items that need the Board’s attention at this time. This short meeting will be held immediately before the Annual Meeting previously announced.

Confirm a Quorum of the Board of Directors
Table/Approve Minutes of the following meetings:
1. February 6, 2013 Board of Directors Work Session
2. February 11, 2013 Board of Directors Meeting
New Business
1. Motion to approve proposal from Lykins Sign Co.
for a new pool & spa rules sign.
2. Motion to approve proposal from Lykins Sign Co.
for two hazardous pool chemical signs.

The Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, March 11, 2013 is cancelled. Agenda items that would have been acted upon at this meeting will instead be resolved at the meeting announced above.
